Frustrating day
Why? So I finally had found online that there IS a FedEx in suwon so that I would not have to go all the way to Seoul, which means I would have to wait until saturday to go send the paperwork to the lawyer for ivano's visa. I decided then, that I could make it after school. I told this to a teacher at school and she actually let me leave a bit early so I could go get it done. So I get to suwon station (where the internet said it was) and it is nowhere to be found. So I go to the information center and they tell me the info online is not always correct. It turns out, this FedEx is in Youngtong. I was already meeting with a friend afterwards there (since I would already be there) for lunch, so I couldnt just leave to go to Youngtong because he was already on his way. So we ended up just having lunch. By this time though, I was super frustrated because I had wasted time, and gotten nothing done. But then my friend, who is now studying korean told me to calm down and that he would call this one number the information lady had given me. So he called and he asked where this FedEx was. They told him it was across from this one highschool. So afterwards, we went and took a taxi and walked (in the rain, in the dark) trying to find the fedex so we would know where it was. Note: the lady had told him that if i wanted the stuff to get there by monday, latest tuesday, I would have to drop it off at the latest by 4pm. i work until 430. So I asked him if HE could take it. This is why we wanted to first make sure we found the place. So tomorrow he would know exactly where to go and how to get there. So finally, after walking and searching we found it. Tomorrow he will go get that sent. I am relieved now, but it was still somewhat of a frustrating day, though in the end all turned out ok. I told him to text me when it has officially been sent. So I am hoping everything will get to the US by monday so that we can finally get on with this visa process!
