Ivano arrives

So Tuesday i was supposed to, after school, go to Juhna's and then head out to the airport to pick up ivano. But i guess one of the boys was not feeling well and so she decided to postpone until Saturday. So after school, instead of heading out with Jacky, I just went home, dropped off some stuff, took a cab to the Hotel Castle, and from there took the airport limousine. It was really easy getting there, which i was surprised. And it only took about 1 hr and 15minutes to get there. I thought it was going to take much longer, as it usually takes me a while to get to Seoul. Especially with heavy traffic.

Anyways... ivano's plane arrived at 9:15 but i got there at like 7:30ish. I know... super early. but you know me, i would rather be super early than be late. So i took the time and asked at the information desk about the airport shuttles to go back to Suwon, got that info, and then went online to check the flight info (because i forgot it at home) Yes , i know, shame on me. Then went to the Paris Baguette at the airport where i grabbed a donut (i know,..... not the healthiest choice) and a coffee and sat down for a bit and studied a bit of Korean. Then i got super excited because while i was sitting there these two guys came in and guess what.... they were speaking in German! i know, i am ridiculous, but i got super excited about it. So then instead of studying Korean i just kept listening in on the two guys' conversation.

Later then, i headed to where i knew Ivano would be arriving. Since it was still super early I studied some vocab and watched as people arrived, greeted their friends, family etc etc etc.... for a while there... i started thinking to myself as I watched people come and go "this is kinda weird. It was less than 3 months ago that I myself walked through those doors feeling completely clueless, lost and having no idea what was to come. wow. so much has happened. its so strange being here again and thinking about all that has occurred from the time i got to Korea until this point in time. Just weird. That makes me kinda wonder... next time i come to this airport what else will i have lived? what other experiences will i have had? what other people will i have met? Oh well........ hope ivano gets here on time"

Sure enough, a little before 9:00 his plane landed. But he did not walk out until like 9:50ish. Not sure why it took so long. At any rate.... we greeted each other and then headed out to get the airport limo. Talked on the way back home, then grabbed a taxi cab to go to the house, got to the house, had some food, and passed out.
